Privacy Policy
To Do Reminder ("the App") is a to-do list and alarm app with a home screen widget. Your privacy is important to us, and we want to be transparent about how the App works.
The App does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. It does not connect to the internet, and it does not send any information to external servers.
The reminders and to-do items you create, including their names, dates and times, are stored only on your own device using Android's SharedPreferences. They are never uploaded, backed up to us, or seen by anyone else. Uninstalling the App removes them.
You may choose a sound from those already on your device, or pick an audio file of your own. If you pick your own file, the App stores a reference to that file so it can play it when a reminder is due. The file itself is never copied, moved, uploaded or shared. The App reads no other files on your device.
The App requests only what it needs to alert you at the right moment: permission to show notifications, to schedule exact alarms, to open the reminder screen over the lock screen, and to restore your alarms after the device restarts. It plays the alarm tone using a foreground service so the sound starts the moment a reminder is due. None of these involve reading personal data or connecting to a network.
The App does not use any third-party services, analytics tools, advertising networks, or tracking technologies.
The App does not collect any data from anyone, including children. It is safe for users of all ages.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date below.
